Self-care is healthcare and is a direct path to healing. It is time to stop neglecting yourself and really start caring for yourself the right way. Self-care is NEVER selfish!

  • Choose the amount of time in a day you would like to take for your self-care activities.

  • You will choose 3 different activities that involve Mindfulness, Movement, and Motivation.

  • Once you create your plan you will commit to it for at least 30 consecutive days.

  • A PDF file with your self-care plan and promise to accountability will be emailed to you.

How do I start to heal?

You begin to heal for 2 reasons either you are AWARE enough that you want to or you are suffering so much that you have to. Unfortunately, most of us fall into the latter. When the pain is unbearable it wake's us up to want to change. I truly believe that self-care is a direct path to healing.

How do I know which stage of healing I'm on?

You can take the FREE Healing Journey Assessment by clicking the button above. Once you take the assessment and based on your answers you can get a good idea as to which stage you are on. By taking the assessment you will also know what steps to take and how to navigate through that stage.

What is self-care?

Self-care is mandatory and is NOT selfish. Self-care involves daily activities that help promote overall health and well-being in the 4 major aspects of your life physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Self-care teaches you to prioritize yourself first and can cultivate self-trust, self-compassion, self-empathy, self-forgiveness, and self-love.

What if I don't have time to do self-care?

My Simple and Effective Self-Care Framework tackles this issue by allowing a minimum of just 3 minutes a day. Yes, you read that correctly 3 minutes a day. If you can't seem to carve out just 3 minutes out of your day then I don't know what else to tell you. But let me just say this--if you can scroll through social media or go to the bathroom for more than 3 minutes--you DEFINITELY have time to do self-care.

What is energy healing?

Energy healing, specifically Emotion Code and Body Code, is an energy healing modality that helps create energetic balance and harmony in your body. It can also identify energetic blocks caused by trapped emotions and clear them activating your body's natural healing mechanisms.

How is the energy healing conducted?

The great thing about energy healing specifically Emotion Code and Body Code, the sessions are all done virtually. There is no need to be in the same room or have physical contact. The energy healing is all done through the subconscious mind and as long as consent is given it can be done from anywhere.
